We are looking for qualified HVAC Service Technicians with strong communication skills to service our clients across

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years progressive HVAC experience.
Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC equipment.
Strong communication skills and team work.
No entry-level position; must be able to service residential and light commercial.

Responsibilities

Repair, install, and maintain HVAC systems.
Quote and sell equipment.
Explain maintenance contracts to customers to ensure products last longer. Perform preventative maintenances to protect the customers investment.
Discuss various options with clients when it comes to heating and cooling systems and help them determine which option is best for their situation.
Troubleshoot issues with the current system as problems arise.
Ability to use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, power tools, voltage and current meters.
Ability to work independently, or part of a team, to identify and resolve problems in the field.
