Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Florida is seeking an HVAC Service Technician III to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components. You will manage service projects from start to finish, ensuring total customer satisfaction throughout.

The role requires a current licensed technician or verifiable experience in commercial HVAC, EPA certification, Level II technician skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification required.
• Level II Technician skills.
• Cooling tower service and annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller annual maintenance, hydronic system understanding and troubleshooting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry competitors and market landscape.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside the standard scope when needed.

Overview

The HVAC Service Technician III is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Perform Service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and insure total customer satisfaction throughout.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Performs maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Establishes and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
• Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
• Promotes and performs all aspects of BMCC's safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems. Holds EPA Certification.
• Skills of Level II Technician.
• Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller annual maintenance, hydronic system understanding and troubleshooting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
