Position Overview

We seek an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician Helper with a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist technicians in diagnosing HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment issues
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, installations, and part replacements under supervision
  • Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure timely job completion
  • Support preventative maintenance schedules
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Prioritize safety in all tasks

Accountabilities

  • Engage in ongoing learning through FirstCall Academy to enhance skills
  • Provide top-tier customer service, maintaining FirstCall's reputation

Organizational Alignment

This role reports to the HVAC Service Manager and involves collaboration with the service team and customers.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
  • EPA Certification preferred
  • Flexible hours and on-call availability
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
