Magnolia Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Riverside, CA. You’ll diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain and repair residential systems while delivering a five-star customer experience on every call.

Formación

• Residential HVAC service experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to homeowners.
• Customer-focused and solutions-oriented.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Identify system issues and recommend solutions.
• Explain findings and options to homeowners.
• Educate customers so they can make informed decisions about their home comfort.
• Build trust through professional, honest communication.
• Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, indoor air quality products, and system replacement when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Work closely with dispatchers, managers, and other technicians.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call.
