Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork).

• Consultative Estimating: Perform thorough system evaluations to ensure safety and efficiency, presenting customers with clear, transparent options—ranging from dependable repairs to modern system upgrades.

• Quality Workmanship: Install and service heating and cooling components according to local codes and company standards, ensuring a clean and professional job site.

• Customer Representation: Deliver professional, courteous service, ensuring detailed invoicing and clear, honest communication throughout every call.

• On-Call Availability: Participate in a fair, rotating on-call schedule to handle after-hours emergency service requests and support our customers when they need us most.

Position Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC service and repair.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical HVAC issues clearly, offer practical options, and build trusted relationships with customers on-site.

• Credentials: Valid driver’s license (required) and EPA Universal Certification. Knowledge of local codes and mechanical standards is required.
