THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECH

As an HVAC Service Tech, you'll enjoy a consistent schedule of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with an on-call rotation.

You will troubleshoot HVAC equipment, present clear findings and options to customers, and ensure their satisfaction. Maintaining your truck inventory, keeping your service vehicle organized and clean, and tracking maintenance needs are essential parts of your daily routine. After each call, you will contact the office to provide details about the work completed and receive your next dispatch instructions. Building relationships based on trust and providing excellent customer service are key aspects of this role.

OUR IDEAL HVAC SERVICE TECH

• Relevant experience as an HVAC technician
• Connecticut HVAC trade license
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills

We have been installing and servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout Connecticut since 1988. Our services include heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more. Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in-house sheet metal shop by state-licensed fabricators. Our focus is solely on heating and air conditioning, not a sideline.
