Estes Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems. The technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, guiding customers to select appropriate air quality systems, and performing maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs.

You will have the opportunity to earn additional commission alongside your hourly salary.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

• Sell a variety of products & services, including replacement systems, duct & insulation systems, indoor air quality products, and maintenance agreements.
• Maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems; perform warranty services.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training.
• Keep detailed logs and records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Follow service standards, work instructions, and meet customer requirements.
• Assist with customer inquiries.
