Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team! In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.

Applicants should have prior experience as an HVAC service technician and hold an EPA certification. A team player who can work independently, you take pride in your work and aim for efficiency. A positive attitude is essential! Compensation includes base pay plus commission.

Responsibilities:

1. Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, including changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling refrigerants.
2. Establish rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
3. Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution.
4. Test electrical circuits or components for continuity using electrical test equipment.
5. Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
6. Replace ductwork.
7. Perform air balancing.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an HVAC service technician or relevant education.
• Valid driver’s license.
• EPA certification.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of unitary, split, and ductless systems.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• NATE certification is a plus.
