Job summary

HELP is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service/Sales Technician to join our Cincinnati team. You will maintain, diagnose, repair, and recommend upgrades for residential HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, service and repair.
• EPA certification and Journeyman's license (a plus).
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on indoor air, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems, and provide replacement options.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system tune-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients about performance, issues, and solutions.
• Ensure all work meets safety and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and document recommendations and repairs.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.
