This field sales role covers Central and Northern NJ north of I-195, with uncapped commissions, a competitive base, and a car allowance.

Build relationships with facility decision makers and grow recurring revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Experience in building systems sales (security, fire protection, low voltage, or electrical).
• Comfortable selling to hospitals, schools, manufacturing, property management, and retail facilities.
• Able to cover Central and Northern NJ (north of I-195).
