Fox Heating and Cooling in Boise, ID, is seeking a full-time HVAC Service and Repair Specialist who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. The role offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and year-round stability within a family-owned environment.

Earn $25–$35 per hour depending on experience, with overtime, after-hours pay at time-and-a-half, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after a 60-day intro period. Comprehensive health coverage and retirement plans are included.

Competenze

1+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
Active Idaho HVAC Journeyman or Apprentice registration with at least 2,000 documented hours.
EPA Section 608 certification.
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving and customer communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Professional, dependable, team-first attitude.
Commitment to quality workmanship and doing the right thing.

Mansioni

Travel throughout the service area diagnosing HVAC issues and performing repairs.
Maintain residential and light-commercial systems in alignment with manufacturer specs.
Explain findings and recommendations clearly to customers and document work.
Complete repairs per company standards and keep service documentation up to date.
Communicate with the office team and keep vehicle/tools/workspace organized.
Represent Fox Heating & Cooling with professionalism and customer focus.
