Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation in Peoria, IL is seeking a Service Project Manager to lead a service project team across multiple mid-sized HVAC projects. You will coordinate planning, turnover between operations, estimating, and the field, ensuring timely client feedback and prompt payments.

This role requires 3–5 years of HVAC project management experience and a technical degree. You will oversee budgets, risk management, and provide technical leadership to installation crews to uphold our industry

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in HVAC.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or Technical Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a service project team aligned with multiple or mid-sized projects.
• Drives planning and turnover between operations, estimating, and the field.
• Develops client relationships with clients, vendors, and industry peers.
• Monitors project budgets and ensures timely turnover and payment.
