HVAC Service & Installation Technician – Residential

If you’re an experienced HVAC technician who enjoys delivering a great customer experience, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Service & Installation Technician.

This is a customer‑facing, residential role where you’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems while helping homeowners understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and tune‑ups
• Install HVAC systems and components as needed
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations
• Recommend system upgrades, improvements, and service plans when appropriate
• Deliver a world‑class customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential HVAC service and installation
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift up to 60 lbs
• Professional appearance and attitude
