What You’ll Do:

Lead & Grow the Service Department

Manage day-to-day HVAC service operations while driving revenue growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Build a High-Performing Team

Recruit, mentor, and develop service technicians, dispatchers, and support staff while creating a culture of accountability and excellence.

Drive Sales & Customer Retention

Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, system replacements, and service growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Oversee Operations & Performance

Monitor KPIs, technician performance, scheduling efficiency, and departmental profitability to ensure operational success.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

Ensure every customer receives professional, timely, and high-quality service that reflects the AD Air Conditioning standard.

Develop Long-Term Growth Strategies

Help shape the company’s future through strategic planning, process improvements, and scalable operational systems.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of HVAC service management or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop service teams
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, scheduling, and operational performance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of customer service and sales-driven service operations
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
