Job summary

Kelso Building Services is seeking an HVAC Branch Manager in Phoenix to lead our service division. You will manage a team of HVAC service technicians, drive scheduling, and align operations with financial goals.

You will mentor technicians, participate in hiring/training, coordinate with sales and installation teams, and monitor KPIs to improve customer satisfaction and project outcomes. A strong technical background and leadership drive are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Experience managing projects and leading small teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Aim to grow into a leadership role and make a long-term impact.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

About This Role

As an HVAC Branch Manager at Kelso Industries, you will be working in our service division, as an employee of Kelso Building Services. You’ll play a key role in building out our service operations.
