Position Purpose (Summary)
The function of this position is to:
- Monitor and implement Home Climates' processes and procedures.
- Provide technical support to field personnel and source information to resolve issues.
- Conduct weekly evaluations and reviews of staff performance, providing feedback toward goals and KPIs.
- Offer coaching to train staff on resources and systems to meet customer needs.
- Lead weekly training sessions on sales practices, KPIs, product updates, objection handling, safety, and manufacturer training.
- Mentor and motivate staff for growth.
- Improve processes to enhance services and results.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Ensure excellent customer service, internal and external.
- Use the pricing system accurately for recommendations.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction post-installation/services.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services, including ongoing training.
- Understand municipal requirements and permits.
- Stay informed about construction practices and company operations.
- Coordinate with the Field Installation Supervisor for project completion.
- Set and monitor goals, KPIs, and objectives for the business, self, and team members.
- Hire, evaluate, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide weekly updates to ownership.
- Review progress regularly and seek assistance when needed.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Solicit customer referrals and online reviews.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Order materials accurately and work within time and budget constraints.
- Manage time efficiently and be computer literate, familiar with smartphones and email.
- Understand client needs and influence decisions positively.
- Engage in continuous learning through training and industry events.
- Maintain a professional appearance and work safely.
- Be adaptable to changing schedules and participate in on-call rotations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
