Position Purpose (Summary)

The function of this position is to:

  • Monitor and implement Home Climates' processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to field personnel and source information to resolve issues.
  • Conduct weekly evaluations and reviews of staff performance, providing feedback toward goals and KPIs.
  • Offer coaching to train staff on resources and systems to meet customer needs.
  • Lead weekly training sessions on sales practices, KPIs, product updates, objection handling, safety, and manufacturer training.
  • Mentor and motivate staff for growth.
  • Improve processes to enhance services and results.
Responsibilities/Duties
  1. Ensure excellent customer service, internal and external.
  2. Use the pricing system accurately for recommendations.
  3. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction post-installation/services.
  4. Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services, including ongoing training.
  5. Understand municipal requirements and permits.
  6. Stay informed about construction practices and company operations.
  7. Coordinate with the Field Installation Supervisor for project completion.
  8. Set and monitor goals, KPIs, and objectives for the business, self, and team members.
  9. Hire, evaluate, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  10. Provide weekly updates to ownership.
  11. Review progress regularly and seek assistance when needed.
  12. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  13. Solicit customer referrals and online reviews.
  14. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  15. Order materials accurately and work within time and budget constraints.
  16. Manage time efficiently and be computer literate, familiar with smartphones and email.
  17. Understand client needs and influence decisions positively.
  18. Engage in continuous learning through training and industry events.
  19. Maintain a professional appearance and work safely.
  20. Be adaptable to changing schedules and participate in on-call rotations.
  21. Perform other duties as assigned.
