Job summary
Everly Plumbing and Heating in Fremont, NE is seeking an HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with take-home vehicles and a gas card based on location.
Earn $35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include medical/dental insurance, an HSA with company contributions, a Simple IRA, 6 paid holidays, PTO, life insurance, and company uniforms.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service and repair experience.
- EPA universal Certification required.
- Installation experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to consult with customers on repair and replacement decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnostics, service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
- Service and maintenance of generators, and radiant and in-floor heating.
- Annual and routine maintenance.
- Communicate with customers on system enhancement products and replacement options.
