Job summary

CompleteStaff is seeking an experienced residential HVAC Installer to work on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will read schematics, install equipment, and perform preventative maintenance across customer sites.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, mounting compressors and wiring controls, training junior installers, and ensuring safety compliance. EPA certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential installation experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Capable of lifting and performing physical work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to maintain and repair residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform preventative maintenance.
• Install and mount compressors, motors, condensers, and evaporators as per layout.
• Read layouts, run refrigerant lines, and wire controls safely.
• Educate customers on system operation and smart thermostats; train junior installers.
