Total Mechanical Solutions in Virginia is seeking an HVAC Service & Installation Technician to diagnose, install, and service commercial systems. You will identify upgrade opportunities and maintain accurate service records using ServiceTrade.

You will travel within Central Virginia, collaborate with a field and office team, and uphold safety standards while delivering high-quality workmanship. A strong customer focus and equipment knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years HVAC service or installation experience.
• EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and HVAC schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Install full HVAC systems including ductwork and electrical hookups.
• Document all work in ServiceTrade with notes, photos, parts usage, and status updates.
