Position Objective:

Coordinate filter service jobs for the AAF NJ Branch, increase service business through sales, and learn various aspects of branch operations.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule service jobs with customers.
  • Order filters and materials needed for jobs.
  • Create Service Tickets.
  • Visit customer sites to maintain relationships and check on AHUs.
  • Perform filter surveys.
  • Manage service technicians as direct reports.
  • Develop the service portfolio to support business growth.
  • Maintain service estimate tools and evaluate technician salaries.
  • Monitor technician utilization and productivity, providing training as needed.
  • Support and review safety protocols, providing feedback.
  • Ensure annual OSHA 10 training for the team.
  • Drive organizational goals related to utilization, revenue, margin, and training.
  • Align service strategy with US branch business unit strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  1. Experience in HVAC sales and service.
  2. Strong teamwork and communication skills in a matrix organization.
  3. Ability to interpret industry standards, drawings, and specifications.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and SAP.
  5. Attention to detail in data entry and scheduling.
  6. Leadership skills with conflict resolution and resiliency.
  7. Good organizational and project management skills.
  8. Safety training certification.
  9. Strong math skills for data verification.
  10. Professional communication skills.
  11. Comfortable driving a 16' vehicle.
  12. People skills to promote engagement and loyalty.
  13. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
Salary:

$70,000 - $80,000 annually.
