About the Role:

The HVAC Service Apprenticeship is designed to provide hands‑on training and practical experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Apprentices will work closely with experienced technicians to develop a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, safety protocols, and industry best practices. This role aims to build foundational skills that enable the apprentice to diagnose system issues, perform routine maintenance, and assist in complex repairs. Over the course of the apprenticeship, individuals will gain the technical knowledge and problem‑solving abilities necessary to advance in the HVAC trade.
