Norca Air Conditioning and Heating Company is seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician's Helper to join our family-oriented team. You will assist technicians with troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and installations in residential and commercial settings while learning on the job.

This entry-level role emphasizes safety, hands-on learning, and teamwork. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and grow in the HVAC field.
• Fluent communication in English; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using mobile devices.
• EPA certification is advantageous.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
