This apprenticeship is designed to provide the knowledge and technical expertise required to grow into a skilled HVAC professional, with the potential to become a HVAC Service Technician.
- Actively participate in and complete the NexTech Academy.
- Engage in structured training sessions at our HVAC Technical Training Center while gaining hands‑on experience to sharpen your technical skills.
- Support the Lead Service Technician on service calls, ensuring efficiency and precision in every task.
- Build strong customer relationships to guarantee satisfaction and earn trust.
- Present yourself as a professional, creating opportunities for referrals and repeat business.
- Learn to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues while adhering to our high‑quality standards.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and ensure service trucks are properly stocked.
- Assist in the accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and job documentation.
- Master and apply the Nexstar Service System in every customer interaction.
- Continuously invest in your training and growth as you develop into a top‑tier HVAC professional.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
