MTech Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Service Account Manager in Eagle, CO who blends technical HVAC know-how with strong client relationships to manage preventative maintenance contracts and repair projects from start to finish.

You will support our commercial and special projects teams, develop persuasive proposals, and aim to be the trusted advisor for clients, ensuring solutions that work and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service sales experience with references.
• Excellent client service and relationship skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Self-starter mindset—you’re motivated to build your own book of business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Unanet) a plus, and Bluebeam/Adobe PDF.

Location: Eagle, CO

Wage Range: $90,000-130,000 + annual discretionary bonus

Job Summary

The HVAC Service Account Manager is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and responsible for preventative maintenance contracts, repair and replacement projects from inception through completion. The SAM is encouraged to support our commercial and special projects teams with the client relationships they create. You’ll blend technical know-how with strong relationship skills — making sure clients get solutions that work, and allowing MTech to be ‘asked back’.

Essential Job Function

General

• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all company safety culture and policy guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Tackle other duties as assigned
• Be present and dependable — regular attendance is essential

Business Development

• Meet or exceed assigned sales and gross margin targets
• Focus on growing our client base in Western Colorado
• Build new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing ones — be the trusted advisor clients call first
• Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations
• Secure new service contracts and tie MTech to lasting partnerships
• Support sales for plumbing and special projects as needed — expand your reach as the team grows

Account Management

• Maintain accurate client data in our CRM
• Stay in contact with clients throughout the sales cycle and after the sale — proactive, reliable, responsive
• Price PMs, PM Renewals, and jobs timely, competitively and profitably
• Coordinate with MTech’s service, special projects, and plumbing teams to deliver a seamless client experience and get asked back
• Review client invoices for accuracy and fairness before they go out the door
• Ensure compliance with MTech’s project management procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service sales experience with a track record you can back up with references
• Excellent client service and relationship skills — your follow-through builds trust
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• Understanding of energy rates, rebates, and building energy management is a plus
• Self-starter mindset — you’re motivated to build your own book of business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (Unanet) a plus, and Bluebeam/Adobe PDF
• A true team player who collaborates well across departments
