• Enforce safety regulations, ensure the proper use of safety equipment, and create a safe working environment for all crew members.
• Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements.
• Involved in scheduling work, managing materials and equipment, and ensuring that the crew has the resources needed to complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate with project managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders about project progress, potential problems, and other relevant information.
• Involved in training new workers, providing guidance to less experienced crew members, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on the job site, whether related to safety, quality, or productivity.
