Job summary

We Care Heating and Air is seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our team in Fort Walton Beach, FL. You will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, inspect for safety and code compliance, and handle customer inquiries with clear cost estimates.

Requirements include two years of residential plumbing experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background/drug test. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

What YOU will do:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucets replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential.
• Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.

What YOU will bring:

• Must be 21 or older
• Authorized to work in the US
• A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug test.
• Minimum two years Residential Plumbing experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
• Good communication and listening skills
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity
