Job summary

Oceanside Services in Allenhurst, NJ is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Technician who combines technical expertise with strong sales ability to help homeowners select system replacements, upgrades and maintenance plans.

With at least 3 years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, a clean driving record, and excellent communication, you will diagnose, repair, upsell and coordinate with dispatch and sales teams. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales.
• EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.
