Responsibilities

• Travel throughout your service area to advise homeowners on HVAC concerns.
• Diagnose and repair residential systems while educating customers on options.
• Perform maintenance and tune-ups on equipment such as air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ systems.
• Document work through digital reports and maintain safety standards.
• Build trust with customers, recommend repairs or replacements, maintain a clean company vehicle, and manage your route independently.
