All Temperatures Controlled, Inc. of Chatsworth, CA is currently hiring a talented full-time HVAC SALES CONSULTANT/COMFORT ADVISOR to be the customer service face of our company! This sales position works a full-time schedule and earns an expected commission on sales annual amount of $150,000+/year (commission + benefits). We are HVAC industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun.

HVAC SALES CONSULTANT/COMFORT ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Meet with customers in their homes to present HVAC system replacement options.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to foster business relationships and to explain repairs and replacement options to customers.
  3. Build rapport with customers.
  4. Follow up with previous customers to ensure happiness and functionality of the system sold.
  5. Experience in face-to-face sales
  6. Knowledge of HVAC terminology: parts and services
  7. Create leads and converse with customers in a professional, polite, and attentive manner
  8. Fantastic customer service skills

As a sales representative, you often spend your day visiting with customers. Inside their homes, you genuinely converse with them about their needs and requests regarding upgrading equipment and accessories. You are thorough and detail-oriented, which helps you accurately record job-site notes like measurements and current HVAC equipment.

Back at the office, you assemble quotes and proposals for customers. You also coordinate projects and supervise equipment and crew schedules. You are a wearer of many hats and enjoy the variety in your work. You end each day feeling fulfilled because of your attentiveness to customer service and the use of your HVAC expertise.
