  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Service Titan is preferred.
  • Excellent local reputation and knowledge of the Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities:

  • Bid & run projects from start to finish for HVAC Sales projects
  • Perform in-home evaluations on HVAC equipment (system type, age, etc.)
  • Translate customers’ desires with solutions to fit their needs and their home
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Scheduling, change orders, submittals, close-out packages
  • Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training
  • Design projects & work with customers for the best solutions
  • Other duties as necessary

Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of HVAC or In-Home Sales Experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Service Titan), preferred
  • Strong Mathematical, Language, communication and Computer Skills
  • Excellent computer skills are required for this position
  • Excellent customer & employee relation skills are a must
  • Excellent local reputation & knowledge of the Tampa Bay area
