Bardi Home Services, a top Atlanta-area residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical company, seeks a Comfort Advisor. You will meet customers, educate them on offerings, and drive sales with a customer-first approach. The role emphasizes professional presentation, training, and teamwork.

Formación

• Must have competitive drive and a strong will to succeed.

The Responsibilities

• Meet with and educate the customer on products and services
• Meet and exceed key performance requirements
• Complete proposals, sales orders, financing and hand-off to Install according to company guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable experience to win new and repeat business
• Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings.
• Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
• Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions
