Job summary

Len the Plumber Heating and Air is seeking HVAC Home Comfort Advisors for residential sales in Cherry Hill, NJ. This 100% commission role offers lucrative earning potential with a target range up to $150,000 annually and a path to $95K+.

Join a family-oriented team that values integrity and customer service. You will establish rapport, propose solutions, and coordinate with installation crews to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales experience in HVAC or home services preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customers' schedules.
• Able to climb ladders and work in attics and elevated spaces.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer rapport to sell products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiate and close deals.
• Create sales proposals that are transfer-ready for the installation team.
• Take measurements and document areas to prepare the installation team.
• Create a thorough materials list to ensure efficient installation.
• Maintain communication with parts team, installation coordinator, and crews.
• Provide complete and accurate information about products and pricing to buyers.
• Become an expert in the market area and understand customer needs.
• Help set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions.

What you will do:

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team
• Take measurements and document the area to prepare the installation team for an accurate and professional installation
• Create a thorough list of materials to ensure an efficient installation
• Maintain great communication with the parts team, installation coordinator, and installation crews
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
• Become an expert in your market area, and know the customer's needs
• Help set aggressive sales plans, and propose expansions

What we are looking for:
