Columbus Worthington Air is hiring Retail Sales Associates to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting.

You'll connect with homeowners while they shop, learn about their home-comfort needs, and introduce ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to engage with shoppers.
• Sales experience in retail or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend availability required.
• Reliable transportation to and from stores.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Willingness to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Educate customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions alongside management and ARS teams.
