Strada Services is seeking an AC Retail Installer to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in residential homes following manufacturer specifications and company standards.

The role requires installing ductwork and equipment, maintaining safety, and communicating with team members to ensure project success. A valid driver’s license and strong attention to detail are essential for daily field duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of experience as an AC Retail Installer installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes.

Responsibilities

• Install ductwork in residential homes.
• Install HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping in residential homes.
• Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks.
• Always maintain safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Update job-related knowledge or skills.
• Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
• Must be willing to operate a company vehicle.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Summary

The AC Retail Installer is responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in residential homes following manufacturer specifications, industry codes and standards, and company requirements.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Installation of ductwork in residential homes.
• Installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, in residential homes.
• Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks.
• Always maintain safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Update job-related knowledge or skills.
• Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
• Must be willing to operate a company vehicle.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills / Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, testing equipment, and safe installation of new and replacement parts.

• Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company's standard timeframe.

Education And Experience

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 to 100 lbs. at times.
