Job summary

Frank's Air Conditioning is seeking skilled HVAC installers to join our Saint Cloud installation team. You will install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and equipment such as heat pumps and furnaces, reading blueprints and coordinating with other trades on site.

Requirements include at least one year of HVAC installation experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. You must pass drug screening and background checks and lift heavy objects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to use power tools effectively.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Ability to lift objects over 50 pounds and climb.
• Wear PPE per OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Blueprint and schematic interpretation skills.

Up to $5,000 signing bonus offered!

Key Responsibilities

• Install ductwork (supply and return ducts) with proper sizing and sealing
• Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and piping per specifications
• Mount and secure HVAC equipment including heat pumps, furnaces, and condensing units
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Coordinate with other tradespeople on construction sites
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Adhere to safety regulations and building codes
