4 Seasons Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. in Orlando, FL is hiring an HVAC Retail Installer to install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role entails working with ducts, refrigerant lines, and equipment while following safety protocols and assisting customers with energy efficiency.

Strong blueprint literacy and EPA certification are essential. You will join a team focused on quality installation, on-site coordination with other trades, and adherence

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lb and perform climbing, standing, kneeling.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Install ductwork including supply and return ducts with proper sizing, placement, and sealing.
• Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and piping per specs and regulations.
• Mount and secure HVAC equipment (air handling units, heat pumps, furnaces, condensers) with correct alignment and clearances.
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with other trades on site and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to safety regulations and building codes.
