Qualifications

• At least two years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with residential heating and cooling equipment
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical HVAC systems
• Ability to independently manage assigned service calls
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Dependable and professional work habits
• Commitment to quality workmanship and continued technical development
• Additional HVAC certifications are welcomed

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and other residential HVAC equipment
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, airflow, and performance concerns
• Complete equipment repairs, maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
• Evaluate system operation and identify opportunities to improve comfort and efficiency
• Present findings and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners
• Discuss maintenance options, indoor air quality products, and equipment upgrades when appropriate
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Maintain an organized company vehicle and professional appearance
• Deliver a positive customer experience on every service call

Your Role

You’ll handle residential HVAC service calls from diagnosis through completion while helping homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort systems.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and other residential HVAC equipment

• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, airflow, and performance concerns
