Job summary

Aire Serv of Madison is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Professional to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems and deliver top-tier customer care. You will join a team renowned for its five-star customer experience and culture, with a focus on doing things right the first time.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Participate in paid training, ongoing development, and an on-call rotation
