Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise to junior technicians and assist with training as needed.
• Diagnose and repair complex HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
• Perform routine maintenance and service tasks on various HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repairing any malfunctions.
• Accurately document all work performed, including parts used, time spent, and recommendations for future maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain recommended repairs, provide pricing estimates, and address any questions or concerns.
• Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve and enhance HVAC services.
