Elite Heating and Air is seeking an HVAC Residential Sales Representative in Bradenton, FL. Leverage your 5+ years of sales experience to drive in-home solutions with coaching and support from our team.

There is no cold calling; appointments are set for you, and you will earn commissions with a company vehicle, iPad, and comprehensive benefits in a family-friendly environment. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.

Formación

• At least 5 years of previous sales experience.
• Must be willing to pass pre-employment drug, background, and motor vehicle checks.
• Training available; HVAC knowledge not required.

Responsabilidades

• Present HVAC solutions and proposals to customers.
• Analyze customer needs and develop customized HVAC system proposals.
• Support customers from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
• Follow evenings and weekends as required to fit customer needs.
