MB HAYNES Corporation in Asheville, NC, seeks a Residential HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician. You will perform scheduled maintenance and implement system improvements on residential HVAC equipment, working with a team or independently to meet performance goals.

Position Summary:

The HVAC Residential Preventative Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of residential HVAC equipment. Must be driven to succeed, able to follow both written and verbal directions, work as a team and independently. Direct duties: perform scheduled maintenance, perform system improvements, modifications and other repairs as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with HVAC Preventative Maintenance.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school degree a plus but not required.
• Must have positive and cooperative attitude and excellent attendance.
• Must be able to get along with fellow workers, customers and the public.
• Properly use safety equipment and personal protective equipment.
