Job summary

Action Air Conditioning, Heating and Solar in San Marcos, CA is seeking a Residential New Construction HVAC Technician to install and commission systems on new builds. You will read blueprints, select equipment, and ensure ductwork and controls meet standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders and work in attics, crawlspaces, mechanical rooms, and other confined areas.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and changing construction environments.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and HVAC equipment.
