Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring HVAC technicians for full-time, year-round work in the Sterling, VA area. Pay is $75,000-$120,000+ with commission; sign-on bonus up to $5,000; multiple day/shift options to discuss.

You will troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with full training and a strong leadership network. Requirements include 2 years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, valid driver’s license and clean driving record, ability to enter attics and crawlspaces,

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.
