Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding job best suited for individuals who are responsible, self‑directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

$30.00–$38.00 hourly/DOE. In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation.
