Job summary

Cambridge Air Solutions is seeking a people-centric Representative Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales across the Northwest and Northeast regions of the United States and Canada. The role focuses on engaging an independent rep network, delivering product education, and driving market expansion for Cambridge’s HVAC solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring 4–10+ years of consultative sales leadership, strong relationship-building skills, and experience with CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive and consultative sales leadership or territory management experience, including partnership with independent reps or dealers.
• HVAC knowledge or familiarity with rep/distribution networks is preferred.
• Strong ability to build customer-centric relationships with reps, customers and partners.
• Experience in forecasting, sales metrics analysis, and driving growth across a core market.

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement with Independent Rep Network to align strategy, priorities and sales execution for territory growth.
• Provide product knowledge, training, and demonstrations to build product champions and support partners.
