Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems in assigned stores.
• Enter work orders and track via Service Channel; respond to after-hours calls.
• Recommend repairs and improvements to store managers and maintenance supervisors.
• Ensure safety guidelines and proper PPE usage.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate tools, equipment, and materials.
