Job summary

Hiring Today is seeking an experienced Refrigeration/HVAC technician to join our shop team in Vermont. The role requires universal HVAC certification, diagnosis and repair skills, and a valid license with a clean driving record.

You will perform general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks, with on-call shifts including some nights and weekends. Starting pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience and HVAC certification.

Qualifications

• Universal Certification in Refrigeration/HVAC is required.
• Completion of Refrigeration/HVAC program from Trade School preferred.
• Experience in refrigeration/HVAC diagnostic and repair is required.
• Must have a valid license and clean driving record.
• DOT pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check required.
• Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electric skills.
• Ability to do some heavy lifting and be self-managed.
