Walmart in Freehold, NJ is hiring a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. You will maintain and repair Walmart refrigeration HVAC equipment across facilities, using tools and a work order system to document repairs and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (Type I/II or Universal).
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using HVAC and Refrigeration skills.
• Use the work order management system to receive and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines per safety policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights frequently.
