Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, GA is seeking an HVAC / Refrigeration Technician for a full-time, on-site role with on-call duties. Work hours are 8:00–16:30, Monday through Friday, with weekend rotation for on-call coverage.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, perform preventive maintenance, and log work in a CMMS while following EPA guidelines and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be HVAC certified and have EPA refrigeration knowledge.
• Minimum two years in HVAC, refrigeration and electrical work.
• Thorough knowledge of tools and methods used in HVAC installation and repairs.
• General trades knowledge (electrical, plumbing, heating, carpentry, painting) with 3+ years experience.
• Valid GA driver’s license with a clean record.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, repairs and service of utilities.
• Respond to HVAC and refrigeration service problems; diagnose and repair.
• Log refrigeration usage including EPA evacuation procedures.

Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with general maintenance, repairs and service of utilities
• Responds to HVAC and refrigeration service problems; diagnoses and repairs
• Logs any refrigeration usage including evacuation per EPA guidelines
• Performs repairs and maintenance, including preventative maintenance of buildings and equipment throughout Reynolds Lake Oconee
