Pay Range: $35-$45/hour

Min Compensation

USD $40.00/Hr.

Max Compensation

USD $45.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

1. Provide the highest level of technical ability, quality, value, and integrity to our customers
2. Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for commercial customers.
3. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems
4. Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer
5. Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers
6. Maintain good working order of company vehicle, equipment, and electronics
7. Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
8. Document details of services and parts provided to customers electronically through iPad applications
9. Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and be able to explain need for and value of recommended solutions
10. Participate in company-provided training opportunities
11. Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business (new unit/ system, PM contracts, and additional services)

Qualifications

1. High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
2. 2+ years of recent HVAC/R Technician field experience
3. Must live within 30 miles of location of position listed
4. Valid driver's license
5. EPA Certificate
6. Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
7. Knowledge with advance principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
8. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
9. Basic computer skills for iPad and cell phone communication and documentation
10. Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays - if needed
